The respawn time has been lowered on all of our servers, this setting should apply on the next daily restart (5 AM CST). If vehicles are still not spawning please let us know. Thank you

I recently moved to Windows 11 and I think it's starting to grow on me, it did require a few tweaks to get it looking more like the classic windows experience but other than that, I think it's a nice OS.
