  6. Magic Weaving: A Beginner's Guide The Basics What Is It What Is Magic Weaving? Magic Weaving is Wizard101's system for picking a second "Weaving School" alongside your main school, then ranking it up over time. As you rank up, you unlock cross-school spells, jewels, pets, and Fusion Formulae tied to whichever combination you chose — letting a Fire wizard borrow Ice's defensive tricks, a Life wizard pick up Storm's burst damage, and so on. Key terms: › Weaving School — the second school you choose to develop, separate from your wizard's main school › Blended Grove — the hub area in Selenopolis where each school has its own magic tree › Magic Weaving Tome — tracks your lesson progress for whichever school's tree you're weaving with › Fusion Formulae — some rank rewards combine effects from your main school and your Weaving School into one new spell Getting Started Unlocking Magic Weaving 1. Finish the Dragonspyre main storyline — this is what triggers the new questline into Selenopolis 2. Play through the Selenopolis intro quests, which also cover Archmastery and Magic Wheel tutorials, until you're guided to the Blended Grove 3. In the Blended Grove, talk to the tree matching the school you want to weave into — this locks in your Weaving School 4. Work through that tree's Magic Weaving Lessons to earn your first rank of rewards Choose your Weaving School deliberately. There's no confirmed easy reset, so pick a combination that actually covers a gap in your main school's kit rather than whatever looks fun on the character select screen. Ranking Up Magic Weaving is organized into ranks, and KingsIsle has added new ranks through content updates rather than all at once. Each rank layers new lessons onto your chosen tree, and rewards vary by school — some schools get new Fusion Formulae, others get utility spells, and others get a new pet and jewels. Ranks 1–3 The original Selenopolis foundation Open to anyone past Dragonspyre Rank 4 Requires Rank 3 plus the Avalon storyline finished Balance/Ice get new Fusion Formulae; Storm/Life get utility spells; Fire/Myth/Death get a pet and jewels Rank 5 Newest rank, Karamelle-themed Tip: Open your chosen tree and select "Magic Weaving Tome" to see badge progress for that school's lessons — no more digging through your quest log to check where you left off. Tips & Common Mistakes Picking a school at random — without checking what your main school lacks (defense, healing, utility), you can grind out a whole rank for rewards you'll never actually use Ignoring your main storyline — Rank 4 gates behind finishing Avalon, so skipping ahead in story worlds can quietly block your Weaving progress later Confirm you've finished Dragonspyre before expecting Selenopolis quests to appear Talk to the correct tree in the Blended Grove for the school you actually want Keep pushing your main storyline alongside your lessons, since later ranks gate on story progress FAQ Do I need to finish the whole game before I can start? No — you can start Magic Weaving right after Dragonspyre. Later ranks, like Rank 4, do require finishing further story worlds such as Avalon. Does every wizard on my account need the same Weaving School? No, the choice is per wizard, so each of your alts can develop a different Weaving School combination. Just Starting Ranks 1–3 Finish Dragonspyre, pick your tree, and start your first lessons Late Game Rank 4+ Keep pace with your main storyline to unlock each new rank as it drops Questions about Weaving? Ask in the Wizard101 channels or reach out to Guild Staff.
  7. Introducing the New GGU Theme for 2026 A new look. A new experience. The same Golden Gamers United. Welcome to the New GGU We're excited to officially introduce the new Golden Gamers United Theme for 2026! Over the past several weeks, we've been working on a significant redesign of the GGU web experience. This wasn't simply about changing a few colors or updating some buttons. We wanted to create a visual identity that feels distinctly GGU while modernizing the experience across the entire community. The result is a new dark gold, amber, and bronze design built around glass interfaces, ambient lighting, prism-inspired effects, subtle animations, and a much more unified presentation across the site. What's New? A New Visual Identity A completely refreshed dark glass design featuring GGU's new gold, amber, and bronze visual language. Ambient Effects New lighting, prism effects, backgrounds, animations, and environmental details throughout the community. Responsive Design Improved layouts and navigation across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Community Integration Enhanced styling for member groups, ranks, profiles, widgets, forums, menus, and community features. Seasonal & Holiday Themes One of the biggest additions to the new theme is something you'll see evolve throughout the year: GGU can now change with the seasons. We're developing seasonal variants that can temporarily transform the community with different colors, backgrounds, decorations, and environmental effects. Winter & Christmas Snowfall, winter atmosphere, festive accents, and holiday styling. Halloween Spooky colors, atmospheric effects, and Halloween decorations. Spring Brighter seasonal accents accompanied by falling Sakura/cherry blossom effects. Fall & Thanksgiving Warm autumn colors and seasonal environmental effects. U.S. Holidays Special variants for major holidays throughout the U.S. calendar. Keep an eye on the site! Some themes may appear for an entire season, while others may only be activated for a particular holiday or weekend. You never know exactly what GGU might look like the next time you visit. Built for Golden Gamers United This isn't an off-the-shelf theme with a GGU logo placed on top. The new theme has been developed specifically for Golden Gamers United and is designed to continue growing alongside the community. That means today's release isn't the end of development. We'll continue refining the design, improving mobile support, fixing edge cases, developing seasonal variants, and expanding the new visual language into other areas of GGU. Found Something We Missed? The theme is still actively being improved. With a redesign this extensive, there may still be a few things hiding in the corners. If you encounter a visual bug, broken menu, mobile layout issue, or something that simply doesn't look right, please report it so the Development Team can investigate. Feedback is also welcome. Many improvements made during development came directly from seeing how the theme behaved during real-world use. Welcome to the New GGU Golden Gamers United has changed quite a bit since 2016, but our goal remains the same: build a community where people can find great servers, great games, and people worth playing them with. This redesign is another step toward giving that community a home that reflects what GGU has become. Thank you to everyone who has supported, tested, and provided feedback throughout development. Welcome to the new Golden Gamers United. — The GGU Development Team Bringing back the golden days, one server at a time — since 2016.

  14. Event Coordinator Guide Overview This guide covers the four event categories GGU runs for Wizard101, how each one is set up, and how to adapt on the fly depending on turnout. Read through the whole thing before coordinating your first event. The Four Event Categories: › Guild Benefit Events — anything that benefits the guild (Guild Museum, Guild Meeting) › Player Benefit Events — anything that benefits players (Boss Farming, Questing, Cantrip Chest Farming, Beastmoon, Decathlon, Portal of Peril, Challenge Mode, Gear Farming, etc.) › PvP Events — anything having to do with PvP (Tournaments, Practice PvP, etc.) › Raid Events — anything having to do with raids Guild Benefit Events Guild Museum Setup Guild Museum events run on what the museum currently needs — not a fixed routine. Before grouping anyone up, check the museum itself. › Go into the Guild Museum and check which exhibits need Prima Materia › Identify what's required to get that Prima Materia for the needed exhibits › Divide attendees into groups based on turnout (e.g. 7 players → 4+3, 8 players → 4+4, etc.) › What groups actually do — Bosses, Minions, or Cantrip Farming — depends on headcount and what the museum needs Guild Meeting Setup Guild Meetings are whole-guild gatherings — no grouping required. The purpose is to review where the guild currently stands and what needs to be worked on going forward. Player Benefit Events Cantrip Chest Farming (Spellements) Setup This is one of our most common Player Benefit events — everyone needs spellements, so it runs often. › Divide attendees into groups of 3 › If attendance does not divide evenly into 3s, pivot — randomly pick a player, find out what they personally need, and have the group go help them with that instead Beastmoon, Decathlon, Portal of Peril & Challenge Mode Setup These events follow the same layout as Guild Museum Events — divide attendees into groups based on turnout (4+3, 4+4, etc.) and assign each group accordingly. PvP Events Setup PvP — Tournaments, Practice PvP, etc. — is not currently a primary focus for GGU. › Coordinators have flexibility here — design whatever format, group sizes, and structure work best for the event. No fixed template exists yet. Raid Events Current Status Raids haven't launched for GGU yet, so this setup is still in early planning. What we know so far: › Minimum of 12 players › Minimum character level of 160 › Advanced combat rules apply — this is part of why spellements matter This section will be updated once group composition, role rules, and farming requirements are finalized. Coordinator Notes Cantrip Chest Farming shows up in two places — is that a miscategorization? No — it's correctly dual-purpose. It's a tool used inside Guild Museum events (Guild Benefit) when an exhibit needs Prima Materia, and it's also its own standalone Player Benefit event for spellements. Just be clear going in on which "version" you're running, since the goal changes which targets the group should prioritize. Is everything else categorized correctly? Yes. Guild Museum and Guild Meeting sit correctly under Guild Benefit since they serve the guild collectively, and Boss Farming, Questing, Beastmoon, Decathlon, Portal of Peril, Challenge Mode, and Gear Farming all sit correctly under Player Benefit since the payoff goes to the individual player. Summary — Setup Quick Reference › Guild Museum — check exhibit needs first, then group by turnout (4+3, 4+4, etc.) › Guild Meeting — whole-guild, no grouping needed › Cantrip Chest Farming — groups of 3, pivot to helping one player 1:1 if it doesn't divide evenly › Beastmoon / Decathlon / Portal of Peril / Challenge Mode — same group-by-turnout layout as Guild Museum › PvP — coordinator's discretion, no fixed format yet › Raids — 12 players minimum, level 160+, advanced combat rules (planning stage) Questions about event setup? Reach out to Wizard101 Leadership.

  16. GGU Bot Role Assignment Commands Commands are used to assign roles via GGU Bot. Always run the mainline role command first before the game-specific tag. If you need Server Manager or Community Manager access on any platform (including Discord) please ping @ Alex Thunderhunter or @ Admiral MacK for help. All commands are toggles — you can add or revoke roles with the same command. If you have access to give a role, you have access to revoke it. When promoting anyone to a higher rank, fully remove their previous access before granting their new access to prevent the spacer roles from breaking. Example: Promoting someone to TF2 Moderator: !mod @user — Assigns the global Mod role !tf2mod @user — Assigns the TF2 Mod tag role Global Roles Core hierarchy roles. Run these first when assigning any staff position. › !member — Member › !staff — Staff › !mod — Mod › !manager — Manager › !seniormanager — Senior Manager › !retired — Retired Specialized Roles Standalone roles for specific departments. No paired mainline command needed. › !dev — Developer › !outr — Outreach › !des — Design › !devmanager — Dev Manager › !unimanager — Universal Manager Game-Specific Tags All game-specific commands assign only the game tag. Pair with a global role command (e.g. !staff, !mod, !manager). Team Fortress 2 › !tf2staff — TF2 Staff › !tf2mod — TF2 Mod › !tf2manager — TF2 Manager Minecraft › !mcstaff — MC Staff › !mcmod — MC Mod › !mcmanager — MC Manager Wizard101 › !w101staff — W101 Staff › !w101manager — W101 Manager BeamMP › !bmpstaff — BMP Staff › !bmpmod — BMP Mod › !bmpmanager — BMP Manager Unturned › !untstaff — UNT Staff › !untmod — UNT Mod › !untmanager — UNT Manager Garry's Mod › !gmodstaff — GMod Staff › !gmodmod — GMod Mod › !gmodmanager — GMod Manager CS:GO › !csgostaff — CSGO Staff › !csgomod — CSGO Mod › !csgomanager — CSGO Manager Rust › !ruststaff — Rust Staff › !rustmod — Rust Mod › !rustmanager — Rust Manager Hytale › !hytstaff — Hyt Staff › !hytmod — Hyt Mod › !hytmanager — Hyt Manager Arma Conflict › !acstaff — AC Staff › !acmod — AC Mod › !acmanager — AC Manager

  19. Community Changelog — 5/24/26 A Fresh New Look for Our Community Brand Identity Update If you’ve browsed around the platforms or hopped onto Discord today, you might have noticed things look a little different! Today, we are incredibly excited to officially unveil our brand-new community logo and refreshed visual identity. As our network continues to grow, we wanted a look that feels modern, clean, and unique to who we are. Our new logo is a major step toward that direction—giving us a sleek, minimalist aesthetic while keeping the exact same core community vibe you all know and love. Where you'll see the updates Platform: Forums Updated core forum site logos, header branding assets, and default system graphics to align with the new design. Platform: Discord Refreshed server icon, server invite banners, welcome embeds, and official community graphics. Platform: Socials Synchronized rollouts across Twitter/X, Instagram, and Facebook to maintain clean branding everywhere we exist. Visual Showcase A look at our updated asset ecosystem across mobile, web, and chat clients. What Happens Next? The visual updates are live starting right now. You don't need to do anything on your end except enjoy the fresh paint! As with any major branding sync across multiple networks, there's always a chance something got missed. We'd appreciate your eyes on the look as well: Report Old Assets — If you find a page, banner, or image somewhere still sporting the old design, please drop a comment or open a ticket. Cache Clears — If the logo looks distorted or unchanged for you on the forums, try doing a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) to clear your browser cache. A community is nothing without its members, and this identity refresh is built to carry us forward together. Thank you all for your continuous support! Frequently Asked Questions Why did we change the logo? Our previous design served us well, but we wanted something sleeker, more scalable, and recognizable at smaller resolutions (like Discord avatars or mobile app notification symbols). Does this mean the community direction is changing? Not at all! New look, same community. Our projects, servers, staff, and core rules remain completely untouched. This is strictly a cosmetic upgrade. Where can I give feedback on the design? Right below this post! Drop a reply and let us know what you think of the new styling. We'd love to hear your thoughts. Want to keep up with the real-time discussion? Hop into our chat channels on the official Community Discord Server! Thanks for being part of our ecosystem. See you on the boards!
  20. Guilds — A Beginner's Guide Golden Gamers United — Wizard101 Guild Hub What is a Guild? If you've never been in a guild before, here's the short version: a guild is a permanent club of up to 60 players (by account) that you join to adventure together, access exclusive content, and build something as a group over time. Wizard101 added guilds in the Summer 2022 update, and they've grown significantly since then with the Guild Museum, Raids, and more. Unlike a regular group you form to do a dungeon, a guild sticks around. It has its own private Guild House you can visit anytime, a shared chat channel visible from anywhere in the Spiral, a message board, a roster, and activities that are only available to guild members. Think of it as the difference between hanging out with someone once and actually being part of a team. How guilds compare to other social groups Temporary Groups Quick pick-up teams for questing, farming, or events. Disbands when you're done. No permanent structure. Medium-term Adventure Parties Long-term groups of up to 12 players for regular co-op play. More commitment than a Group, less structure than a Guild. Permanent Guilds Permanent clubs of up to 60 accounts. Guild House, shared chat, Museum, Raids, and exclusive guild activities. The biggest social group in the game. The Guild House Every guild gets a private Guild House — a shared space that belongs to the whole guild. You can visit it anytime via the Guild Tab in your Social menu. It's not just a hangout spot; it's the base of operations for everything guild-related. The Guild House starts small and expands over time as the guild completes quests and unlocks new islands. Each island serves a different purpose: › Main Island — The central hub where members meet, socialize, and access the rest of the Guild House. Members with the Decorator role can furnish and customize this space. › Museum Island — Home to the Guild Museum and its Druidic Galleries (more on this below). › Battle Island — Where Raid portals are opened and Battle Keys are used to run key bosses as a group. › PvP Island — Contains duel circles and multiple battle sigils for organized PvP practice and tournaments. The Guild House also has a Guild Tab accessible from the Social Button in the top right corner of your screen. This tab gives every member access to: › Guild Summary — Guild name, creator, members online, total members, and the latest message board post › Guild Roster — Every member's school, level, last online date, current location, and guild role › Guild Messages — A message board visible to all members, plus a scheduling tool for organizing events The Guild Museum The Guild Museum is one of the most unique and ongoing activities a guild can participate in. It was added with the Wallaru expansion in November 2023, and it lives on Museum Island within the Guild House. What it is The Guild Museum is a collection of Druidic Galleries — in-game museums dedicated to individual worlds of the Spiral. Each Gallery contains Exhibits based on locations and iconic objects from that world, recreated from a special material called Prima Materia. Prima Materia is described in the game's lore as the "most intrinsic essence" of matter itself — essentially the magical blueprint of everything in the Spiral. By collecting it and filling the Gallery exhibits, your guild is literally preserving the history of each world for all to experience. Currently active Galleries include Avalon and Khrysalis, with more worlds planned as KingsIsle continues to expand the system. How it works 1. The guild unlocks the Museum Island by completing the "Guild Museum" quest picked up from Ian Celtus inside the Guild House. 2. A guild member crafts a Quintescent Core, which powers up the Prima Magnes — a special machine that lets wizards absorb Prima Materia during combat. 3. Members head into the corresponding world with an active Prima Magnes and collect Prima Materia by fighting enemies there. The Prima Magnes will level-scale you to the world automatically. 4. The collected Prima Materia is brought back and used to unlock individual Exhibits inside the Gallery. 5. As more Exhibits unlock, the Gallery grows and guild-wide benefits increase. The museum upgrades through tiers (Bronze, Silver, etc.), with each tier requiring more Prima Materia and coordination to achieve. This is why Museum Events are a regular part of GGU guild life. Every run contributes directly to unlocking exhibits and advancing the Gallery — and the whole guild benefits from the result. What the museum gives you › Guild-wide perks and bonuses that scale as the museum grows › A stunning visual space in the Guild House that reflects the worlds you've contributed to › Ongoing progression that keeps the guild active and working toward a shared goal Raids Raids are Wizard101's most demanding multiplayer content. They were introduced alongside the guild system and represent the pinnacle of what a coordinated guild can accomplish together. What makes raids different A standard dungeon run might need 2–4 wizards. Raids need all 12 players present and actively contributing. That's not just more bodies — it means real coordination, assigned roles, and players who understand the mechanics. Raids play by PvP rules: only spells that work in PvP are allowed, no enchanted or pre-enchanted cards. This completely changes how you build your deck and approach combat compared to regular questing. Raids also involve mechanics beyond just fighting. The Final Bastion raid involves three distinct player roles: Vanguard players who push through the main combat phases, Combat Team Outside (CTO) players who handle exterior encounters, and Search Team Outside (STO) players responsible for puzzle mechanics like the Mana Drain deactivation. Everyone has a job. How to start a raid 1. Your guild unlocks the Battle Island in the Guild House (requires island progression via Cantrips and reagents). 2. A Raid Key is crafted or obtained for the specific raid you want to run. 3. All 12 participating guild members gather at the Battle Island and use the Magic Touch Cantrip on the battle ring to open the portal. 4. The raid begins — everyone enters and plays their assigned role. The in-game quest introduction for Raids puts it plainly: "This mode is not meant for random players. It will be quite frustrating for players who attempt to force their way with sheer numbers and no communication." Guild coordination is the whole point. What you get from raids › Some of the best gear and drops available in the game › Exclusive badges for completing raid content › The satisfaction of clearing the hardest content the game has to offer with your guild In-Game Guild Roles Within Wizard101 itself, guild members can be assigned one or more of three in-game roles. These are separate from GGU's own ranks — they're built into the game and control what actions a member can perform inside the Guild House. › Decorator — Can access the Guild House inventory and place, move, or pick up items. Decorators shape what the Guild House looks and feels like. › Recruiter — Can invite new players to the guild and accept or decline applications submitted through the Guild Kiosk. › Messenger — Can post to the guild message board and use the scheduling tool to organize and announce events for other members to see. Requirements & Key Facts A few important things to know about how guilds work in Wizard101: › Guilds are free. No membership or Crowns required — joining a guild costs nothing. › Minimum level to join: 30. Your account needs at least one level 30+ wizard to be eligible to join a guild. › Cap is 60 accounts, not characters. All six characters on one account count as a single membership slot. › Each wizard can only be in one guild at a time — but different wizards on the same account can be in different guilds. › Leaving a guild has a cooldown. If you leave a guild, there is a 2-week waiting period before you can join another one, so choose carefully. › Guilds have a dedicated chat channel visible from anywhere in the Spiral, so you're never out of contact with your guildmates. The 2-week cooldown after leaving a guild is real — it's one of the reasons GGU has a Provisional period. We want to make sure you're a good fit before both sides are locked in. Common Questions I've never been in a guild in any game before. Is this complicated? Not at all for the day-to-day. Check in, show up to events, chat with your guildmates — that's the core loop. The more advanced stuff (Museum farming, Raids) has a learning curve, but Wizard101 leadership will walk you through it and you'll never be thrown in alone. Do I need specific gear or a specific school for raids? Raids use PvP rules, so your deck and gear choice matters more than it does in regular questing. That said, all schools are viable — what matters is coordination. Leadership will guide you on deck setup before your first raid. What if I miss a Museum Event or Raid? Life happens. As a Full Member, the expectation is one event per week — not every single one. If you know you'll be out for a stretch, just let an officer know and they can log an exemption so you're not flagged as inactive. How is the Guild Museum different from just running a dungeon? Museum runs are an ongoing shared project — every run adds to a permanent gallery that grows over time and benefits the whole guild. A dungeon gives you loot and ends. The Museum gives the guild something lasting. Can I be in a GGU guild and another guild on a different wizard? Yes — each wizard on your account can be in a different guild. So your main wizard can be in a GGU guild while another character is elsewhere. Activity tracking and GGU expectations apply only to your registered GGU wizard. I left a guild recently. Can I still join GGU? If you left within the last 2 weeks, Wizard101's built-in cooldown will prevent you from joining. Once that period ends, you're free to apply. Reach out to a member of Wizard101 leadership and they'll get you sorted when you're eligible. Ready to join? See the Guild Onboarding Guide for the full step-by-step process — from the in-game Kiosk all the way to Full Member. Questions? Reach out to a member of Wizard101 Leadership. Welcome to the guild!

One of the questions will ask: "Were you invited from a Wizard101 Guild?" ›Select YES if a member of Wizard101 Leadership invited you after your in-game Kiosk application ›Selecting Yes will automatically assign you the Wizard101 Guild role ›This role is what triggers the bot to send you your character registration DM If you accidentally select No or skip this question, contact a member of Wizard101 Leadership — they can manually assign the role. Step 4 — Getting Your Wizard101 Guild Role What the Role Does The Wizard101 Guild role is assigned automatically when you answer Yes to the onboarding question, or manually by Leadership if needed. This role: ›Marks you as part of the Wizard101 Guild Hub on this server ›Triggers the bot to send you a character registration DM automatically ›Grants access to general W101 channels while you complete registration If you do not receive a DM within a minute of getting the role: ›Check that your Discord DMs are open (Privacy Settings → Allow DMs from server members) ›You can also register manually using /w101-register in any bot-enabled channel ›Contact a member of the Wizard101 Leadership Team if you continue to have issues Step 5 — Character Registration Bot DM What to Expect Shortly after receiving the Wizard101 Guild role, the bot will send you a direct message with a registration button. This is how you register your Wizard101 character and receive your unique Member UID. The DM will contain: ›A welcome message explaining the Hub ›A Register My Character button — click this to begin What You Will Need ›Your Wizard's in-game name ›Your current wizard level (1–180) ›Your wizard school (Fire, Ice, Storm, Myth, Life, Death, or Balance) Step 6 — Guild Selection & Character Info The Registration Flow After clicking the Register button, the process is split into two quick steps: Step A — Select Your Guild (Dropdown) ›A dropdown menu will appear listing all active guilds on this server ›Select the guild a member of Wizard101 Leadership invited you to join ›If you are not yet affiliated with a guild, select "None / Not in a guild yet" ›You cannot type a guild name — it must be selected from the list to avoid errors Step B — Fill in Your Character Info (Form) ›Wizard Name — your exact in-game wizard name ›Wizard Level — a number from 1 to 180 ›Wizard School — Fire, Ice, Storm, Myth, Life, Death, or Balance After submitting, the bot will confirm your registration and display your permanent Member UID. Save this — you will use it for check-ins and leadership lookups. Step 7 — Guild Roles & Channel Access What Happens After Registration Once you complete registration and select your guild, the bot will automatically assign your Discord roles: ›Provisional Member role — assigned immediately on registration ›Guild-specific role — your guild's dedicated Discord role will be assigned automatically ›Both roles unlock the appropriate guild channels so you can start participating Channels You Will Now Have Access To: ›Your guild's general and activity channels ›Check-in channels ›Guild announcements and event channels ›Museum and progression tracking channels If any channels appear missing, contact a member of Wizard101 Leadership — role sync can be manually triggered with /w101-sync-guild-roles. Step 8 — Provisional Member Requirements What is a Provisional Member? All new members start as Provisional*. This is a trial period designed to confirm you are an active and engaged member of the guild. It is not a punishment — it is just how we verify that new members are the right fit before granting full standing. *(Players invited via the Friends list will automatically be granted Full Member.) How to Check In 1.Go to your guild's check-in channel 2.Either click on the daily check-in post OR run /w101-checkin in any bot channel 3.Optionally include a message about what you did in-game that day 4.The bot will confirm your check-in and show your progress toward the required total Tracking Your Progress: ›Use /w101-checkin-stats to see your check-in history and how many you have completed ›Use /w101-profile to view your current rank and guild membership status Once you have met all requirements, let a member of Wizard101 Leadership know — they will review and promote you to Full Member using /w101-promote-provisional. Step 9 — Becoming a Full Member Promotion to Full Member After you complete your provisional requirements, a member of Wizard101 Leadership will promote you to Full Member. This happens through the bot and updates both your Discord roles and your in-game guild record simultaneously. What Changes at Full Member: ›Your Discord role updates from Provisional to Member ›You receive access to any Full Member-exclusive channels ›Your rank in the bot's guild record is updated to Member ›You are now considered a permanent, standing guild member Step 10 — Full Member Check-in Requirements & Staying Active Full Member Activity Requirements Being a Full Member comes with ongoing activity expectations. You are expected to meet all of the following on a regular basis: 1 Event Per Week Events posted in guild announcements Museum runs, farming, PvP nights, and more Consistent no-shows without an exemption will be flagged Bi-Weekly Check-ins Both bi-weekly windows must be completed each month Use /w101-checkin or react to the check-in post Missing a window triggers an inactivity flag Levelling Progress Levels 30–70: 5 levels per week Levels 70–180: 5 levels per month Update via /w101-update-profile Inactivity Process 1.If you miss your check-in window, the bot will flag you as inactive 2.An alert is sent to guild Leadership and you may receive a warning DM 3.Wizard101 Leadership will review the case — you may be given a grace period to respond 4.If there is no response and no exemption on file, you may be removed from the guild Going on a Break? Use an Exemption Life happens — if you know you will be inactive, let your guild know in advance. Wizard101 Leadership can apply an exemption to your account so you won't be flagged while you are away. ›Contact your guild Wizard101 Leadership directly and let them know your expected absence ›Wizard101 Leadership uses /w101-activity-exemption to mark your account as exempt ›Exemptions are temporary — activity requirements resume when the exemption period ends Always communicate with your guild before going inactive. Our Wizard101 Leadership team are understanding — surprise disappearances are what lead to removal.
