- Users must not access, copy, or disclose any confidential information belonging to GGU or its players without explicit authorization.
- Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, server configurations, player data, and proprietary business information.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must not share them with any unauthorized parties.

Server Integrity and Data Backup
- Users must not intentionally damage, modify, or delete any server files or data without a proper backup in place.
- In the event of an accidental deletion or data loss, users must immediately notify the GGU Leadership Team to initiate the restoration process.
- Golden Gamers United (GGU) recommends that users regularly backup their own data to ensure its protection and recoverability.
- Golden Gamers United (GGU) configuration files (you'll know them when you see them) may not be modified or removed unless given explicit permission from the GGU Leadership Team (Manager+), this ensures our servers are running smoothly.

- Any user found to be in violation of this policy may have their access to the GGU Control Center revoked, effectively terminating their ability to manage their assigned servers.
- Depending on the severity of the violation, Golden Gamers United (GGU) may also pursue legal action or refer the matter to the appropriate authorities.
